Workshop: Prototyping new services and measuring impact (French)

In this practical workshop we will apply a prototyping kit (beta), developed by the J. Armand Bombardier Foundation, that aims to envision new services and evaluate their expected organizational and social outcomes. There are currently few such tools available for service ideation and design. Prototyping with a diversity of individuals within our organizations stimulates a culture of innovation and learning. It helps us to target the diverse needs of users we wish to reach, encourage internal innovation processes, and better assess deployment strategies in order to meet desired outcomes. Find out more about this prototyping kit and help us improve it before it launches in 2019.
